The Gold Coast is full of talented and aspiring film makers and this month we celebrate them all with a ten day festival of screenings, workshops, activities and so much more. Held at various venues across the Gold Coast, make sure you check out the website as a guide to when and where events are occurring. Now in its 12th year, the GCFF is a celebration of film and the art of filmmaking from one of Australia's most renowned filmmaking hubs – the Gold Coast. From critically acclaimed feature and foreign language films, to genre classics, and locally produced indie gems. The GCFF also encourages, promotes and inspires local filmmakers and students through a series of free seminars and workshops. The Gold Coast Film Festival 2015 is happening from the 9th-19th of April, 2015.
